Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Snday Corp, trading as CreditCovero ("CreditCovero", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated in Wyoming under company number 2025-001804553, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY. They cover your use of creditcovero.com, the CreditCovero dashboard and any related services (the "Service"). Please read them, together with our privacy policy.
1. What CreditCovero is, and isn't
CreditCovero is a credit monitoring and education service. We show you information from your credit file, explain it, and suggest steps you might take.
- We are not a lender. We don't make, arrange or guarantee loans, and we don't make credit decisions.
- We are not a credit repair organization. We don't contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf, and we don't remove accurate information from credit reports.
- We don't promise that your credit score will improve, or that you'll be approved for credit. Results depend on the information in your file and on what you do.
- Scores we show are for education. Lenders may use different scores, from different bureaus or scoring models.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18, live in the United States, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date. One membership is for one person; you may not open an account for someone else.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can turn on text-message sign-in codes in Settings. For security, we sign you out after a period of inactivity.
4. Your authorization to obtain your credit information
When you connect your credit file, you give us and our credit data provider, [provider name], your written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain your credit report, credit scores and related information from [credit bureau(s)] on an ongoing basis while you are a member, so we can provide the Service to you. Checking your own credit this way is a soft inquiry and doesn't affect your score. You can withdraw this authorization by cancelling your membership. [Counsel: confirm wording against the provider's required end-user terms.]
5. Free trial, membership and automatic renewal
- Free trial. New members get a free trial of the length shown when you join. To start it, you add a payment card. We place a small temporary hold on the card (the amount is shown when you join) to confirm it, and release it straight away; your bank may take a few business days to show the release.
- When the trial ends, your membership starts automatically and we charge the monthly price shown when you joined to the card you added, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you before your trial ends.
- Monthly renewal. Your membership then renews and is charged every month until you cancel.
- Rejoining. If you cancel and later rejoin, your membership starts straight away without another free trial.
- Price changes. If we change the price for existing members, we'll tell you at least [30] days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings in your dashboard, in one step. You can also ask us to cancel by emailing support@creditcovero.com.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged and your access ends straight away.
- If you cancel after a payment, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
7. Payments, failed payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't store your full card number. If a payment fails, we'll tell you and try again; you can update your card in your dashboard. If a payment is still outstanding after [7] days, your dashboard is locked until it's paid, but your account and history are kept.
[Refund policy, owner to decide. Suggested: "Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but we may give a full or partial refund at our discretion, for example if you were charged after trying to cancel."]
8. Identity protection
Membership includes identity monitoring and related support provided with [provider name]. [Counsel: describe what's included, when it starts (at sign-up or first payment, as configured), and incorporate any insurance or provider terms by reference.]
9. Messages we send
We'll email you about your account, payments, your trial and security. You can choose which optional emails you get (credit alerts, monthly updates, milestones and offers) in Settings. If you turn on sign-in codes, we text a code to your phone each time you sign in; message and data rates may apply.
10. If a partner referred you
You may have come to us from a lender or loan marketplace ("partner"). We may pay that partner a fee when you join. We tell partners only that you signed up; we never share your credit information with them.
11. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no accessing other people's information, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no scraping, no reselling the Service, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
12. Our content
The Service, including its software, design and written content, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes while you're a member.
13. Disclaimers
Credit information comes from third parties, and we can't guarantee it's complete or error-free; if you think something in your file is wrong, you can dispute it with the credit bureau. Our suggestions are general guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice. [Counsel: warranty disclaimer wording, subject to applicable law.]
14. Limitation of liability
[Counsel to draft, within the limits consumer protection law allows.]
15. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@creditcovero.com; most issues can be sorted out quickly. [Counsel: governing law ([state]), venue, and whether to include an arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver and an opt-out.]
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel.
