About

The time between a no and your next application matters

CreditCovero helps people who've been turned down for credit understand why, and work out what to do next.

Why we exist

Every day, many people apply for a loan and hear no. The decline notice lists a few short reasons, often in language that means little outside the lending industry. The natural reaction is to try somewhere else straight away, and that usually brings the same answer, plus another inquiry on your file.

We built CreditCovero for that moment. Instead of guessing, you can see your credit the way a lender reads it, understand which parts are holding you back, and spend the next few months on the moves most likely to change the answer.

What we believe

  • Plain English beats jargon. If we can't explain something in a sentence, we haven't understood it well enough.
  • Facts, not promises. We won't promise a score increase or an approval. Your results depend on what's in your file and what you do next.
  • Leaving should be easy. You can cancel in one step from your dashboard, any time.
  • Your credit data is yours. We use it to run the service for you, and we don't sell it.

How we make money

Members pay a monthly fee after a free trial. That's how we're paid, and it's the same for everyone.

Some people find us after a lender or loan marketplace couldn't approve their application. Those partners can send you to us, and we pay them a fee when you join. It doesn't change your price, and partners never see what's in your credit file: we only tell them that you signed up.
