Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Snday Corp, trading as CreditCovero ("CreditCovero", "we"), collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. [Counsel: confirm whether the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act privacy notice rules apply to the Service, and add state-specific sections (for example California) as required.]
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, phone number and password when you join.
- Your address, date of birth and Social Security number when you connect your credit file. We pass your date of birth and Social Security number straight to our credit data provider to verify your identity; we don't store them.
- Details you add to your readiness profile, such as income range, employment and housing.
- What you tell us when you contact support, including emails and voicemail messages, which may be transcribed.
Information from partners
If a lender or loan marketplace referred you, they may send us your name, contact details, state and ZIP code, and a record of the consents you gave them, so we can pre-fill your sign-up.
Information from our credit data provider
With your authorization, we receive your credit report, scores and alerts about changes to your file.
Payment information
Your card is handled by our payment processors. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits and a reference the processor gives us, plus your payment history.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you use, which help us secure and improve the Service.
- Cookies: a cookie that keeps you signed in (required for the Service to work), and, where enabled, product analytics cookies that tell us how the Service is used. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: verify your identity, show and explain your credit information, and build your plan.
- To take payments and manage your membership.
- To send account, payment, trial and security emails, and the optional emails you choose in Settings.
- To protect you and us: prevent fraud, secure accounts and investigate misuse.
- To improve the Service, using information about how it's used.
- To confirm to a referring partner that you signed up, so we can pay their referral fee.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your credit information for others' marketing. We share information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf under contract: our credit data provider [Array] and the credit bureau(s) it uses; payment processors [Stripe and TRX]; email [Resend]; text messages and our support phone line [Twilio]; product analytics [PostHog]; address lookup [Mapbox]; error monitoring [Sentry]; and hosting [Cloudflare, Railway, Supabase].
- The partner who referred you, limited to the fact that you signed up.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, staff access is limited by role and logged, and we never store Social Security numbers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and turn on sign-in codes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a member and for [period] afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it sooner. [Counsel: confirm retention periods for billing records and support records.]
Your choices and rights
- Choose which optional emails you get in Settings, or use the link in any optional email.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@creditcovero.com. We'll verify your identity before acting.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law. [Counsel: state-specific rights and the "Do Not Sell or Share" position.]
Children
The Service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and, if they're significant, tell you by email or in your dashboard.
